Steel Trans­port

We are spe­cial­ists in trans­port­ing all types of steel prod­ucts across the Bass Strait with the right equip­ment, from load restraint to cus­tom-built engi­neered trailers.

Our staff are trained in plan­ning and load­ing steel prod­ucts and adhere to BlueScope Steel Load Restraint Guide­lines for all loads. 

We con­duct reg­u­lar load audits for steel prod­ucts deliv­ered to our site by exter­nal providers and audits on steel loaded onsite for shipping.

We have the capa­bil­i­ty to handle:

· Over­size steel up to 21 metres in length.

· Out of gauge steel plate up to 3.2 metres wide.

· 26-ton max­i­mum load­ing capac­i­ty on our steel trail­ers and ded­i­cat­ed ship­ping containers.

· Lift­ing capac­i­ty of 30 tons in our depot.

· Loads that require plas­tic and tarp­ing for weath­er protection.

· Hor­i­zon­tal and ver­ti­cal coils.

· Sheet packs.

· In gauge and oversize/​out of gauge plate.

· Flats and bar.

· Pipe and tube.

· Rein­forc­ing and trench mesh.
